Music To Picture was started in 2013 by Céline Palavioux.
Céline is a seasoned music licensing executive with over 25 years of licensing experience.
She has worked in London, LA and France for companies such as Rykomusic (publishing), Warner Music UK and Demon Music Group (record labels) and the BBC amongst others.
She was also the co-founder of The Licensing Team Ltd, a company specialised in representing music catalogues for third-party licensing.
Today, she specialises in offering tailor-made but cost effective licensing services to media and entertainment companies looking to license music for their projects.
